This system operates through a multi-spring intricate rod (three springs) that controls the functionality of the gun. The third spring, contained within the rod, manages the movement of the slide to prevent it from ramming on the frame. Additionally, two separate springs are included, allowing the owner to fine-tune the weapon to personal standards.
Overall Advantages
System of Multiple Springs
Three or more springs of different sizes are used for specific compression, housed in a metal tube. The system's mission is to control the backward motion of the slide at the moment of the bullet's firing. The initial pressure exhibited by the system is almost the same as the standards of the factorial springs. However, at the final phase of the system's coiling, the pressure exerted on the slide increases by 80% - 100%. Consequently, the slide never rams against the frame, and jams are eliminated.
Materials
All metal elements are made of stainless steel W.-Nr./Grade 1.4301 (AISI 304) in a factory compliant with ISO9000. All springs are made of steel or high carbon steel with a cadmium (Cd) finish. The cadmium finish, which adds considerable cost to the manufacturing process, makes the spring impervious to the elements, including salt water.
